A continual increase in demand required us to look for larger premises.

Production located to our present factory in Bad Gottleub in 2002. 

Development of the first 6 x 2/3 combi-steamer worldwide. Birth of the Joker series.

The present Maisach (FFB) headquarters was restructured in 1990.

Due to exceptional demand, production was switched to line assembly.

Eloma moves into a new production hall in Gernlinden (FFB)

We developed the first series of combi ovens in 1982. The first bake-off oven was presented to the market in 1984.
