ELOMA: You can be confidant that consistency will not change –even when full loads are preperred- due to the Auto reverse fan wheel and the large oven cavity.

->  Is steaming possible at any time or do I have to heat up the boiler first?


ELOMA: Thanks to the Eloma live-steam system it is not necessary to pre-heat or leave the oven on standby. This saves up to 46% energy.

…Crispy Crackling

-> What is the best way to cook roast pork and have great crispy crackling?

ELOMA: Place the pork roast in a pan in the center of the combi steamer on a base of potatoes halves so that a mound is formed.  This provides better air circulation around the top, resulting in a higher and crispier crust.

ELOMA: Product shrinkage and weight loss is mineralized when LT, low-temperature cooking is used. This way you can achieve a minimum of weight-loss.
