Technical Service: International Training Cooking 2018

Learning by doing – the focal point of our technical training is in passing on specific product knowledge and working methods, combined with a very high level of practical work. You and your technicians can learn everything you need to know to help you provide a fast, professional service, giving you a foundation from which you can make sure both your and our customers are happy.

Our training courses are run at our training centre in Bad Gottleuba, and of course we hold them in English for our international partners as well. Our training courses are limited to no more than 10 people to ensure that you get as much as possible out of your training.

Organizational information:

We’re happy to offer you a number of trainings. In case your selected seminar is already fully booked, we will be happy to search an alternative date for you and we will pre-book the seminar for you.

The costs for the training include course material and food during the seminar. In case the seminar takes longer than one day, the fee also covers dinner and the over-night stay between the training days.

As soon as we receive your online registration, we will send you a preliminary confirmation of your participation and an invoice for the seminar fee. Please contact us if you don’t receive any confirmation.

Deadline for registration is 3 weeks before the training. We expect your payment at least 2 weeks before the seminar. With receipt of payment, we will send you a binding confirmation of participation.

…the unexpected can happen! Please inform us about your cancellation in time and in writing at least one week before the training. The cost of the seminar can’t be refunded if you cancel later.
