“My first contact with Eloma was in the beginning of the 80s, at that time as a Technical Service Manager. My first service call was a broken chicken grill in the restaurant chain „Kochlöffel“. When the first combi steamer HUD was born in 1984, a more intensive collaboration with Eloma began. I was impressed by the product, and I focused on Technical Service. In 1988, for the first time, I attended a Technical Service training and received a certificate, at that time in the facilities in Gernlinden. Since 2007 I have been working as an independent Service Partner in the German region Pfalz. My customers are Key Accounts with multiple outlets as well as the individual restaurant nearby. Over the time, Eloma has impressively grown, and it has achieved a good reputation in the catering industry. For me, Eloma stands for quality, good customer service, easy handling, development and continuous improvement of the equipment. In my opinion, a fruitful cooperation with Eloma and the other Service Partners is very important, because only if we all pull on the same rope, we can achieve a lot.“
